In 2020, digital data drives our economy and artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming an increasing part of our everyday lives.
On this lesson, you’ll be introduced to the legal concepts that underpin the internet economy and the potential liability of various online platforms.
The course will teach you how to structure your legal analysis of issues relating to personal data and digital intellectual property as a legal professional.
You’ll also discover the challenges that new technologies present to the legal profession and what future laws we may need.

Who will you learn with?
I’m a New Zealander who lives in the UK. I’ve been advising clients about the laws of cyberspace for over 25 years both as a partner and a general counsel. Now I’m a teacher of cyberlaws at ULaw.
