Interest in mindfulness has grown enormously over the last few years. It’s no surprise: mindfulness techniques can improve your communication skills, relationships and emotional health. But not everyone knows how to apply mindfulness in daily life.

Building upon the introductory Mindfulness for Wellbeing Peak and Performance, this course will show you how can embed mindfulness into all aspects of your life.

Who will you learn with?

Assoc. Prof. Craig Hassed

Associate Professor Craig Hassed is coordinator of mindfulness programs at Monash. He teaches mindfulness nationally and internationally in health, educational, community and corporate settings.

 

Dr Richard Chambers

Richard is a clinical psychologist and internationally-recognised expert in mindfulness. Widely published in the field, he works with many educational, business, sporting and community organisations.

Each of us has read many fairy tales, but this course teaches us that by considering the historical context of the fairy tales and examining the characters, styles and plots, we can see that the moral of the original story may not be exactly what we originally thought.

Short and straight to the point! Lots of good information and the quiz questions really test you. Great course!

Happy life is what everyone wants, but life is unsatisfactory, there are always a lot of setbacks, this course has given me a lot of positive energy, how to adjust life, live a happy life.

This is a very useful tool for all readers, especially me, and has allowed me to learn some special techniques to help me stay focused in life.
