Throughout the course, you’ll learn directly from business leaders about the strategies they have used to manage the different crises, and you’ll also learn how the VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) world is making crises more common. The topics covered in this course are particularly relevant in the wake of the global COVID-19 pandemic. Many course examples will reference lessons leaders around the world have learned during this far-reaching healthcare crisis.

The best thing about this course is that it covers topics that are particularly relevant in the wake of the global COVID-19 pandemic. Many course examples will draw on lessons learned by leaders around the world in this far-reaching health care crisis. A case in point.
