Learn how to identify and help with anxiety in young people
Anxiety is a common condition experienced by young people that can escalate to a point where it impacts on their general wellbeing and activities of daily living; brain development and performance at school or college. If untreated the risk of developing chronic and enduring mental health conditions increases, as well as the risks of deliberate self harm and suicide.
On this course you will learn how to identify anxiety disorders experienced by young people, understand ‘stigma’ related to mental health and develop your ability to help a young person experiencing debilitating anxiety

Anxiety is a mental health disorder, and I think it's important for both teachers and parents to understand these mental disorders and help young people with anxiety to deal with them.
In this course I learned how to identify anxiety disorders experienced by young people, understand the "stigma" associated with mental health, and develop my ability to help young people who experience debilitating anxiety.
I once had a good friend who committed suicide because of anxiety disorder. Although the illness is not serious, if I despise it, I will bury my life with it. I would definitely recommend it to my other friends, because anxiety is something that most people have.
Anxiety is a very common mental illness among modern teenagers. This course allows us to have a good understanding of what anxiety is and how to alleviate it. It's a good course for you to learn.
