Anxiety is a mental health disorder, and I think it's important for both teachers and parents to understand these mental disorders and help young people with anxiety to deal with them.

In this course I learned how to identify anxiety disorders experienced by young people, understand the "stigma" associated with mental health, and develop my ability to help young people who experience debilitating anxiety.

I once had a good friend who committed suicide because of anxiety disorder. Although the illness is not serious, if I despise it, I will bury my life with it. I would definitely recommend it to my other friends, because anxiety is something that most people have.

Anxiety is a very common mental illness among modern teenagers. This course allows us to have a good understanding of what anxiety is and how to alleviate it. It's a good course for you to learn.
