You are now going to explore different communication platforms and how your communication style will vary depending on this. You will also look at the importance of understanding your audience.

Now it’s time to bring together your learnings in order to address your areas of aptitude and aspects that can be improved. You’ll learn to identify your communication goals and how to work these to your advantage.
