Boost your vocabulary teaching skills

On this course you will understand the fundamentals of teaching vocabulary. You will explore key research related to vocabulary teaching and learn vocabulary teaching strategies that you can apply in your own context.

You will develop as a teaching professional as you learn from not only experts in teaching vocabulary but also from your teaching peers. You should leave the course confident in your ability to help your student develop their vocabulary.

We understand that in the current climate you may not be able to undertake some of the activities that involve working with children. However, we are confident that the content of this course is still relevant and will support you to plan for future work.

What topics will you cover?

This course covers vocabulary teaching that will have an impact on pupils’ speaking, reading and writing.

This course revolves around vocabulary teaching, which covers vocabulary teaching that affects students' ability to speak, read and write. It's a really comprehensive vocabulary course.

At the end of the course, I felt confident in my ability to help students develop their vocabulary. It was a really good course.

In the course, we can learn from vocabulary teaching experts, and we will become a professional teaching staff while learning with our own teaching colleagues. It was very rewarding.
