Sophie has worked with digital media for over 30 years both as an artist, producer and educator. She now works remotely from her home beside the sea.

What is resilience??

In this activity, you’ll explore the importance of resilience at work by considering inward aspects, such as self-awareness and self-care, and outward traits, such as having a clear purpose and forming positive relationships.

How to be resilient?

In this activity, you explore the main aspects of resilience using tips, techniques and advice. Employers share difficult situations from early in their careers and you’ll have the opportunity to share your own experiences.

Your resilience plan?

In this activity, you think about strategies to further develop your resilience. You’ll have the opportunity to begin your own adaptability and resilience journal and will be given guidance on how to use a template to create this.

Summary?

You’ve now reached the end of Week 1 of Wellbeing and Resilience at Work. In this activity, we’ll sum up what you’ve learned and look ahead to Week 2.
