Learn how to make a positive impact through sport

Sport has been recognised as an enabler of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by governments globally. Organisations worldwide are using sport to contribute to this agenda, addressing issues ranging from health and education to employment, and conflict resolution.

On this course, you’ll look at the benefits and limitations of using sport in development. You will learn to design, implement, and measure the impact of policies and programmes.

You will explore key concepts on sport and gender equality, disability, human rights, social inclusion, peacebuilding, and child safeguarding.

Policy development expert supporting the Commonwealth’s work helping countries use sport for enhancing health, education, employment, economic development and realising human rights.

The course leads us to explore together key concepts such as sport and gender equality, disability, human rights, social inclusion, peacebuilding and child protection. These things are very worthy of our attention, I recommend you to have a good look.

We can see the benefits and limitations of using PHYSICAL education in development in this course. I also learned to design, implement, and measure the impact of policies and programs. It's a good lesson.

In this course I learned how to make a positive impact through exercise. This is important because sport is now seen by governments around the world as a promoter of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). A lesson worth learning.

Watching this course, I learned about how physical education promotes sustainable development and how to develop effective policies and programs. The course is very detailed.
