In this activity, you will look at how content can help achieve objectives and influence audience behaviour and sentiment.

Language and tone in online communication?

In this activity, you’ll explore how language can be used creatively to develop or deliver on a particular tone. You’ll also see how style matters, especially in longer form content.

Matching your content and message with the context?

These steps explore how businesses make sure they use the right content to suit their audience, to convey the right message and to achieve the right results.

Summary?

In these steps, we bring Week 1 to a close and review what we have learned so far. You will also look ahead to the final week of the course.
