Description

Find effective resolutions to digital problems using design thinking

Human-centred design is a creative approach to problem solving. It focuses on understanding the needs of the people who have a problem in order to design appropriate solutions.

On this course you’ll learn about the five-stage process and have the opportunity to take part in practical activities to try each stage of the process.

You’ll learn why this method of thinking is effective, how to use it, and which jobs use the process.

You’ll also become familiar with how to collect the right information and data to prove a solution can work in the real world.

This course reinforces the key messages for solving digital problems. Each section has some good Suggestions.

I really enjoyed this class! It has given me some great ideas as to how my company can use creative thinking, get people excited to participate, and put our ideas into practice.

It confirmed many things I've used for decades. Instructor was good with good examples of real life situations.

The course walkthrough the principles of the Hypothesis-based problem-solving technique. The lecturer does an exceptional job of explaining the concepts.

The best way to have more answers is to ask many question related to the problem. This is what consulting approach and problem solving course for. I really enjoyed the session and its useful for me while dealing with client's engagement work.
