This course presents complex methods and techniques for other project management courses, while this course gives me the skills set to play an active role in the project environment immediately. Very practical course.

I found the work breakdown structure, Gantt chart, project budget, project team creation, project risk assessment, and critical path methodology to be very good and worth learning in this course.
